In Montreux there is the lakeside promenade loved by artists and musicians. In December the Montreux Noël Christmas market fills the waterfront with more than 170 chalets, and in summer the town hosts the Montreux Jazz Festival. Chillon Castle, the Olympic Museum, Chaplin's World, a boat trip on the lake or a wine tasting can be added.
