Concierge Atelier arranges private transfers and chauffeured cars in Switzerland, across Italy, and in Istanbul, Copenhagen and Montreal. Airport to hotel, city to city, or a car and driver kept for the hour or the day. The car is yours alone.

Service
Airport arrivals and departures, point to point, by the hour, by the day.
Vehicles
A sedan for up to three. A van for up to seven. A Sprinter for a party of about fifteen.
Pickup
Arrivals, your name on a board, the flight tracked. Or any address you give us.
Format
Private. The car is never shared.
Availability
Every day of the year. Often the same day.

Most of what we arrange begins in a car. A guest lands in Zurich, is met at arrivals, and reaches St. Moritz before dinner without once looking at a timetable.

The work is quiet, and it is exact. We watch the flight rather than the time on the booking. The driver holds your name at arrivals and takes the luggage. In winter the car is ready for snow, and the driver has driven the pass before.

After that, the car becomes whatever the day needs. A second airport. Lunch across the border on Lake Como. A driver waiting outside while a meeting runs long.

What we arrange

A car and driver, six ways

I

Airport arrivals and departures

Zurich, Geneva and Basel. Milan, Venice, Florence and Naples. Istanbul, Copenhagen and Montreal. Book the departure car at the same time, because nobody wants to arrange a six o’clock pickup the night before.

II

City to city

Zurich to Geneva, Lucerne to Interlaken, Zurich to Lake Como. One car, door to door, the luggage handled at both ends. If the road passes something worth twenty minutes, the driver will say so.

III

By the hour

A car held for a morning of meetings in Zurich, or an evening of dinner and a concert in Milan. The driver waits outside. You leave when you are ready.

IV

By the day

A driver for the whole day, anywhere the road goes. Right for a day with five stops and none of them fixed, in Zurich, Milan, Istanbul, Copenhagen or Montreal.

V

Chauffeur and limousine

For the evening that asks for a formal car. A board dinner, a wedding, an arrival at the Dolder Grand that should look like one.

VI

A party of fifteen

A Sprinter seats three generations of one family, or a board and its assistants, in a single vehicle. For a larger party, a second car follows.

The mountains

Ski resort transfers

Zurich Airport is the usual arrival for the Engadin and Graubünden. Geneva sits closer to the Valais and to Gstaad. Both are served, in both directions, all winter.

Hours by road from each airport, about, without traffic. Snow and Saturdays add to them. Zermatt is closed to cars, so the car takes you to Täsch and the shuttle train covers the last twelve minutes.

Beyond Switzerland

Italy, Istanbul, Copenhagen, Montreal

The same standard, the same single contact, wherever the flight lands.

Milan and the lakes

Malpensa and Linate

Malpensa to Milan or to Como, about fifty minutes either way. Linate to the city, about fifteen. Zurich Airport to Lake Como is about two and a half hours by road.

Tuscany

Florence and Pisa

Florence airport to a hotel in the city, about twenty minutes. Pisa to Florence, about an hour and a half.

Amalfi Coast

Naples to the coast

Naples airport to Amalfi, a little over an hour. To Positano, about an hour and ten minutes.

The Dolomites

Venice to the mountains

Venice airport to Cortina d’Ampezzo, about an hour and fifty minutes. To Ortisei in Val Gardena, about three hours.

Istanbul

Two airports, two continents

Istanbul Airport to the Old City, about an hour and a quarter. Sabiha Gökçen, on the Asian side, reaches Galata and the Bosphorus hotels in about forty five minutes.

Copenhagen and Montreal

Short roads, same care

Copenhagen airport to the city hotels, about twenty minutes. Trudeau to downtown Montreal, about twenty five.

How it works

One message is enough

Send the flight number, the address, how many of you are travelling and what you are bringing. WhatsApp is quickest. We come back with the car and the fare, and nothing is fixed until you agree.

On the day, you have one contact rather than a dispatch desk. If the flight moves, the car moves with it.

Book the return at the same time. It is the leg people forget, and then need at six in the morning.

Before you ask

Questions we hear most

How much does a private transfer cost?

It depends on the car, the distance and the hour, so each transfer is quoted on its own. Send the details and the fare comes back with the car named.

What happens if my flight is late?

The flight is tracked, so the car follows the landing time rather than the time on the booking.

Is the car shared with other passengers?

Never. Every transfer is private: your party, one car, one driver.

How many people fit in one car?

A sedan seats up to three, a van up to seven, a Sprinter about fifteen. Ski bags and large cases change the arithmetic, so tell us what you are bringing.

Can you take us to Zermatt?

Zermatt is closed to cars. The car takes you to Täsch, a little over three hours from Zurich Airport, and the shuttle train covers the last twelve minutes into the village.

Can the driver stay with us all day?

Yes. Keep the car by the hour or by the day, and the driver stays with you until the day is done.

Arrange a transfer

Send the flight and the address

That is enough to begin. The car, the driver and the fare come back to you directly.

Landing in Zurich? Zurich Airport transfers has the detail. A drive that passes something worth twenty minutes often becomes a private tour.
