How does the engagement begin?

It begins with a conversation. Tell us where you are going, what matters to you, and what you have not been able to arrange on your own. We ask the questions that clarify the brief and handle everything that follows.


What types of requests do you take on?

Private travel design, exclusive dining and cultural access, lifestyle logistics, corporate and executive arrangements, and projects that do not fit standard categories. If something can be arranged, we arrange it. If it cannot, we tell you directly.


Where do you operate?

Our active markets are Switzerland, Turkey, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Greece, Spain, Scandinavia, Morocco, Dubai, and Doha. If you are traveling somewhere else, tell us. We will be straightforward about what we can and cannot deliver.


How do you handle client privacy?

Client names, travel details, and the nature of every request are never shared, published, or referenced. Everything we handle is treated with the same discretion we would want for ourselves.


How are fees structured?

Fees depend on the scope and complexity of the engagement. We discuss structure during our first conversation. There are no hidden charges and no ambiguity about what is included.


How quickly will you respond?

For new enquiries, within 24 hours. For active engagements, we respond directly and without delay.
