Who we are

Concierge Atelier GmbH is the controller for the personal data described here. Full company details are set out in our Impressum. You can reach us at info@conciergeatelier.com or on +41 76 390 05 10.

What we collect when you enquire

When you send an enquiry through a form on this site, we record what you give us: your name, email address, telephone number where you provide one, how you prefer to be contacted, the dates and size of the party where you tell us, the type of enquiry, and the content of your message. We also record your IP address, the page you sent the enquiry from and the language of your browser.

Alongside that we store how you reached us: the page you first landed on, the site or search that referred you, any campaign parameters or advertising click identifiers on the link you followed, and any partner reference code carried by that link. This is attached to your enquiry so we know which page and which introduction earned it.

Enquiries are stored in the database behind this website, on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider. We also track the state of each enquiry internally, from new through to answered and completed, so that nothing is left unanswered. No payment or card data is collected through this website.

Cookies and your choices

This site sets a first-party cookie named ca_attr on your first visit, but only once you accept it. It holds the campaign parameters, click identifier, partner reference code, referring site and landing page described above. It carries no name, no email address and no identifier from any advertising network, and it expires 90 days after it is set.

A bar at the foot of the page offers three choices, given equal weight: Accept all, which sets ca_attr and allows Google Analytics; Accept essentials, which sets neither and is the default we recommend; and Customise, which opens a short panel in the bar itself so you can turn analytics on or off before saving, without leaving the page. Essentials cookies, needed for the enquiry form and to remember that you have already been asked, are always on and cannot be turned off. Your choice is stored in your own browser under the key ca_consent, and you can change it at any time from the Cookies button in the footer. WordPress also sets functional cookies needed for the site to work and for anyone signing in to the site.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, connected through the Google Site Kit plugin, to see which pages are read and how people arrive. It runs under Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics and advertising storage are set to denied for every visitor before anything loads, and stay denied unless you choose Accept all, or turn analytics on in Customise. Under denial Google receives measurement signals without cookies or identifiers. Where you accept, Google sets its own analytics cookies and may process the data outside Switzerland, including in the United States.

We do not run advertising or remarketing tags on this site.

How we use your data

Your enquiry is used to answer you and, where an engagement follows, to arrange what you asked for. Attribution data is used to understand which pages and which introductions bring enquiries. We do not sell your data, we do not profile you, and no decision about you is taken by automated means.

A short internal summary of the week is emailed to our own team each Monday. It lists each enquiry by its reference number, date, type, source page and current status. It does not carry your name, your email address or the text of your message.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. It is shared only with our web host, which stores the site and its database, with Google for the analytics described above, and with the suppliers needed to deliver a confirmed engagement, such as hotels, transport operators and venues. Those suppliers receive only what the arrangement requires. Where an enquiry reaches us through a named partner reference, that partner is told a booking followed under their code, not the details of it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to two years from your last contact with us. Records of completed engagements are kept for as long as our obligations and Swiss accounting law require. The attribution cookie expires after 90 days.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and the EU General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@conciergeatelier.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner, or to your own supervisory authority in the European Economic Area.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect, we update this page and the date above.
