Private Travel Design is the composition of a complete private journey by one contact in Zürich. The itinerary, the hotels, the drivers, the tables and the timing are designed around one household, confirmed before departure and held together throughout the journey. Typical commissions include full private days in Zürich, Lucerne and the Engadine, winter weeks in Zermatt and St. Moritz, and multi-country journeys through Italy, France and Turkey.
Do you handle commercial flight bookings?
We only handle commercial aviation for clients holding an active annual retainer. For single-trip Private Travel Design, we manage private charters, ground logistics, and on-the-ground coordination. This keeps our focus entirely on local execution in destinations like Zürich, Lake Como, and Paris.
How far in advance should we contact you for summer in Europe?
Contact us by November of the preceding year to secure the correct suites. Properties on the Amalfi Coast, in Portofino, and on the French Riviera allocate their best inventory long before the season begins. A conversation in spring severely limits your options.
Do you work with other travel agencies or advisors?
We act exclusively as the on-the-ground partner for select private wealth managers, family offices, and luxury travel advisors. We operate quietly in the background and execute the logistics in Switzerland and Europe. You maintain the direct client relationship.
Can you accommodate last-minute changes during the trip?
Yes, last-minute adjustments are a core part of the service. A helicopter rerouted from Nice to Monaco in bad weather, a different table secured in Courchevel. Your single point of contact manages it immediately.
