Chocolate comes first, at Maison Cailler, followed by the cheese at La Maison du Gruyère below the castle of Gruyères. The day ends in the Lavaux vineyards, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a wine tasting above Lake Geneva before the drive back.

The history of chocolate, from cocoa ceremonies to the way chocolate is made today, followed by a tasting of classic Cailler chocolates and newer ones.
Gruyères
La Maison du Gruyère, at the foot of the Château de Gruyères, shows how Gruyère AOP has been made for centuries. A cheese tasting is included.
Lavaux
A wine tasting in the vineyard terraces, with Lake Geneva below. The car then takes you back to your drop-off point.
