Event-Led Journeys
Monaco Grand Prix. Art Basel. White Turf. The week is built around the event, privately.
Clients do not ask us for a destination. They name an event and a year. Everything else follows from that.
Access at this level is not a ticket transaction. A position at the Monaco Grand Prix is not purchased on an open market. It comes through relationships maintained year round with the principality, the teams, and the hospitality structures around the circuit.
We build the full week around the event. Arrival, accommodation, the surrounding programme, and the event itself are arranged as one. You attend as a guest of someone who belongs there.
The circuit runs through a principality.
Late May. Hospitality positions, paddock access, and accommodation in Monaco during race week arranged through direct relationships. The harbour, the terraces, and the circuit become a single programme when it is built correctly.
The fair, and everything around it.
June, in Basel. VIP access to the fair, collector dinners, and private studio visits during the week. The fair gathers a specific world. The right introduction places you inside it.
Horse racing on a frozen lake.
February, on the frozen lake of St. Moritz. Private tables in the club tents, race day positions, and an Engadin week arranged around the racing. Winter society gathers in one valley for three Sundays.
Events that require an introduction.
Debenture seats for the Championships in July. Beyond the public calendar, invitation only dinners and collector evenings that are never announced. These open to our clients when the relationship is in place.
The event is the centre. The programme is everything around it.
GENUINE ACCESS
We do not source from secondary markets. Every position is arranged through direct relationships with organisers, teams, and hospitality structures.
THE FULL WEEK
Accommodation, dining, private transport, and the surrounding programme arranged as a single itinerary. The event does not stand alone.
LEAD TIME
The best positions are committed early. We recommend beginning eight to ten weeks before your event. For Monaco and White Turf, earlier is always better.
Name the event and the year.
We will confirm what is available and outline the week around it. One call is enough to start.

What is an event-led journey?
A week that begins with a name and a year rather than a destination. The event sets the dates; we build everything around it, from access to the quiet days on either side. The composition itself runs through Private Travel Design.
Can you arrange Monaco Grand Prix access?
Positions at Monaco are not bought on an open market; they come through relationships maintained with the principality and the hospitality structures around the circuit, kept warm all year. The earlier the conversation starts, the better the position.
Which events do clients build journeys around?
The Monaco Grand Prix in May. Art Basel in June. White Turf on the frozen lake at St. Moritz in February. Opera premieres, biennales, and private sporting weeks fill the rest of the calendar. If it has a date and a door, a journey can be built around it.
How far ahead should an event week be planned?
Earlier than feels natural. The best positions are committed months out, and for the marquee weeks, often the season before. Late requests can still land well, but the range of options narrows fast once the calendar turns.
