Private Christmas Markets Tour: Basel and Alsace
- Private tour
- About 7 to 8 hours
- 28 November to 21 December

Basel's two Christmas markets on the Barfüsserplatz and the Münsterplatz, then the half-timbered villages and old Christmas markets of Alsace, in one private winter day.
Basel is Switzerland's Christmas city, with two markets, on the Barfüsserplatz and the Münsterplatz. You walk between the lit chalets, see the great tree in front of the cathedral and taste raclette, Basler Läckerli and mulled wine.
Then the car crosses the border into Alsace, a region of half-timbered houses and small villages, with some of the oldest Christmas markets in Europe. There is free time to explore and shop before the drive back.
