My career has taken me across the front lines of luxury hospitality; from the United States to Istanbul, from the Bosphorus waterfront to the precision of Zurich and the Swiss Alps, working within properties that define the global standard of service.

Along the way, I became one of the rare professionals accepted into Les Clefs d’Or, the international association whose golden keys are recognised in every great hotel in the world as the symbol of unconditional service and access. Fewer people hold those keys than you might imagine.

In Switzerland, I served as President of Les Clefs d’Or across the Zurich, Luzern, and Basel sections, representing the country’s finest concierges and attending the association’s congresses and international gatherings worldwide. These years gave me something no training programme can provide: a global network of people who answer when I call, because they know I would do the same.

What I built over two decades was not just a career. It was a network founded on trust, a fluency in what discerning people truly need, and a deep understanding that the best service is invisible; it simply arrives.

Concierge Atelier was created to offer that network directly. Without the layers of a hotel structure between you and the person who will actually make it happen.

What We Are

Concierge Atelier is a private concierge and lifestyle management house, based in Zurich and operating across Europe and beyond.

We are not a travel agency. We are not a members club. We are not a platform.

We are a small, precise operation built around one principle: that the right access, arranged by the right person, changes the experience entirely.

What We Do

We work across five areas. Each one handled with the same standard of care, the same network, and the same singular attention.

Private Travel Design. Journeys built from scratch, around you. Not packages. Not itineraries pulled from a catalogue. Routes that consider your rhythm, your preferences, and the moments that do not appear on any public list.

Exclusive Experiences. Cultural access, private viewings, closed-door events, behind-the-scenes arrangements. The kind of access that exists through relationships, not reservations.

Lifestyle Concierge. The ongoing management of the details that matter. Rare acquisitions, personal sourcing, property arrangements, club introductions, and requests that simply need someone who knows how.

Corporate & Executive. Discreet support for executives, boards, and companies whose time is their most valuable asset. Travel logistics, private meeting arrangements, and on-the-ground coordination across cities.

Special Projects. The requests that do not fit a category. If it can be arranged with integrity and discretion, we will arrange it.
