The service

Concierge Atelier provides private coordination and concierge services. The scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins. Services are provided on a bespoke basis and are not standardised packages.

Engagement and confirmation

An engagement is confirmed when both parties agree in writing on the scope and fee structure. Until confirmation is received, no commitment exists on either side.

Fees and payment

Fees are communicated at the start of each engagement. Payment terms are agreed individually. Third-party costs such as accommodation, transport, and dining are charged at cost unless included in a fixed-fee arrangement.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms depend on the nature of the engagement and any third-party commitments made on your behalf. These are confirmed in writing at the time of engagement. Fees for work already completed or costs already incurred are not refundable.

Limitation of liability

Concierge Atelier acts as an intermediary and coordinator. We are not liable for the conduct, quality, or performance of third-party service providers including hotels, airlines, transport operators, or restaurants. Our liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Confidentiality

All client information and engagement details are treated as strictly confidential. We do not discuss, reference, or publish any information relating to clients or their requests without prior written consent.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is the property of Concierge Atelier. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich.
