We arrange private cultural access, event hospitality and unique encounters secured through relationships built over many years. Most of what we arrange has no public price and no waiting list. It is offered, or it is not.

Private visits to cultural institutions, galleries and historic landmarks arranged outside regular visiting hours. A private viewing at Santa Maria delle Grazie. An after-hours tour of the Louvre. Arranged by introduction, confirmed before the doors open.

What are Exclusive Experiences at Concierge Atelier?
Exclusive Experiences are private arrangements that cannot be reserved online: after-hours visits to cultural institutions, tables that are held on nights the kitchen is fully committed, and workshops, cellars and houses that receive guests by introduction. Access rests on relationships built over more than twenty years inside the world’s leading hotels. Most commissions attach to journeys in Switzerland, Italy and France. It is offered, or it is not.
What defines an exclusive experience?
It is an access point that cannot simply be purchased online. This means securing a private viewing at a closed gallery in Florence, or the villa in Bodrum where the owner only accepts guests by private introduction.
Do you organize group tours?
We never organize group tours. Every journey is constructed exclusively for you and your private party. That may be a couple in St. Moritz or a multi-generational family occupying a private floor at The Dolder Grand.
How do you source your local experts?
Our network is built on two decades of direct personal relationships from the luxury hospitality sector. We do not use third-party destination management companies. The guides, drivers, and experts we introduce you to are known to us personally.
Are dining reservations included?
Securing the correct table is central to our work. We manage all dining logistics, drawing on our relationships with general managers and maitre d’s across Europe. Your arrival is expected and properly handled.
