Six engagements. Real logistics. No names.

Four senior partners arrived in Zurich for a three-day institutional investor program. City-center accommodation, corporate dinners and a private evening were required. Two partners preferred the Park Hyatt Zurich. Two chose Widder Hotel.

Corporate dinners were arranged at the hotels in private dining rooms. The following evening, a private event was organised in the ballroom at Zunfthaus zur Meisen, reserved exclusively for the group. Since that first engagement, the firm has returned to Zurich multiple times. We coordinate each visit.

A thirtieth wedding anniversary journey across Istanbul and Cappadocia, planned entirely on our side. In Istanbul we arranged accommodation, private transportation and a state-licensed guide for a privately guided walking program through the historic districts. A private yacht cruise along the Bosphorus was organised for one of the evenings.

In Cappadocia we secured a cave suite at Argos Hotel. A private balloon flight experience was arranged. A tailor-made touring program across the region with a dedicated guide and driver completed the journey. The journey combined cultural discovery with complete logistical coordination across both destinations.

During the Winter Olympics 2026, clients requested a multi-day program combining event attendance, private hospitality and travel between Milan and the Alpine venues. We coordinated event tickets, private chauffeur services, guides and all transfers between Milan, Livigno and St. Moritz.

In Milan, the program included an exclusive visit to The Last Supper. A private Olympic chalet event was arranged. Guests met and celebrated with several gold-medal athletes following their competitions.

A London-based collector requested access to three private showrooms during Paris Haute Couture Week. A reservation at a restaurant that had previously declined her request was also required. Showroom access was arranged with three houses: a legacy maison on Avenue Montaigne, an emerging house in Le Marais and a private preview appointment for a recent collection.

Dinner was secured through a direct call to the proprietor rather than the online reservation system. The client now attends Paris, Milan and London fashion weeks through our coordination.

An international family requested a private wedding celebration in Zermatt. We arranged a private chalet for the family and their guests, coordinating accommodation, local logistics and transportation. The ceremony took place in the mountains above the village, followed by a private reception organised for the group.

Guest arrivals from multiple countries were coordinated individually. All logistics were managed through a single point of contact.

A milestone celebration on the Amalfi Coast involving guests arriving from several international locations. We coordinated accommodation across multiple villas, private transportation along the coast and a series of private events including dinners and boat excursions. Guest arrivals were synchronised from several cities with transfers arranged from Naples and Rome.

The result was a multi-day celebration with all travel and logistics managed through one contact.
